Our teachers are passionate about dance. It’s a passion that comes through in every dance class and workshop, bringing positive energy and excitement into every moment.
Victoria Trimble
Ms. Victoria is a company member with Ballet Frontier of Texas and has performed in ballets such as Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Firebird, Giselle, and many more.
Victoria grew up outside of Hico, Texas, and started dancing at the age of 13 at the Stephenville Dance Center. She attended summer and winter intensives at the International Ballet of Houston, and by 17, she started training with the Ballet Center of Fort Worth. A year later she was invited to join the company, Ballet Frontier of Texas.
You may have seen Victoria perform at the Opera House with the Granbury Theater Company in the musicals Beauty and the Beast, Singing in the Rain, and Mary Poppins. She has also performed with Plaza Theatre Company in Cleburne, in one of her favorite musical experiences Seven Brides for Seven Brothers!
Victoria is so passionate about sharing this art form with everyone from every stage and walk of life. Her students range in age from 3 to 73! She is trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, modern, contemporary, musical theater, ballroom, and has experience in hip hop/fusion. Victoria has had the opportunity to choreograph many solos and duets and group numbers with as many as 50 dancers in one piece.
Sofi Warren
Ms. Sofi will be teaching Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Broadway Cardio.
Sofi has grown up doing every type of dance you can think of with a specific focus on ballet. She has trained on scholarship with Texas Ballet Theater, Joffrey Ballet New York, Kaatsbaan Extreme Ballet, and many more. Professionally, she has performed with Ballet Arizona, Ballet Frontier of Texas, and Texas Ballet Theater. She is currently pursuing a career in Musical Theatre.
Sofi has been teaching in many styles of dance since the age of 13 and is ecstatic to be teaching at Stars Align Dance Studio this year. Forming strong, kind, and individualistic young dancers is the greatest honor.
Emmie Vaughn
Ms. Emmie grew up in Granbury, TX dancing competitively at Foot Works Performing Arts Studio! She soon found her love for theatre through her dance journey. Since her first show “Pollyanna” at Plaza Theatre Company, she has done twenty-two shows around the metroplex!
In 7th grade she was a part of the Phoenix Conservatory, training every month in NYC, training with Justin Boccito, Chryssie Whitehead, Alexis Carra Girbés, and many more!
Emmie is very excited to start teaching the art of Tap and Ballet at Stars Align Dance Studio, and helping others find the love of dance that she has!
Kendall Cobb
Ms. Kendall grew up in Carrollton, TX dancing with the Ballet Academy of Texas. She wanted to further her education, so she sought a degree in Ballet Performance at the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2019.
Professionally, Kendall danced with Ballet Frontier of Texas until 2021. She then decided to pursue a teaching career and gain her certification in Pilates with the Balanced Body Method.
Kendall is excited to begin her teaching role with Stars Align Dance Studio. She will be teaching ballet techniques to ages 8-14, adult ballet class, and Pilates.
Danny Tran
Danny Tran started his Classical ballet training in 2016 at 17 years old at Los Gatos Ballet. He has since attended summer intensives including San Francisco City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, and Ballet West. Danny was invited to join Oklahoma City Ballet Studio Company in 2019/2020 and was offered an apprenticeship in 2020/2021. He was invited as a company member at Ballet frontier in Fort Wort in 2021/2022! Where he currently dances!
Danny started ballet after being inspired by Sergei Polunin! He’s hoping he can inspire his students the same way he was! He is excited about teaching Ballet at Stars Align Dance Studio this year!
Deven Anderson
Deven Anderson currently attends Texas Woman’s University as a senior, graduating in December 2022 with a Dance Performance degree. Deven is from Klein, Texas. She graduated from Klein High School in the National Honors Society and served over one hundred community service hours at the Home Place of Texas (A Place of Excellence for Adults with Disabilities).
Deven was a member of the Klein Bearkadette Drill team where she had the opportunity to serve as Chaplain her junior year and Captain her senior year. Deven attended Trinity Valley Community College and graduated with her associate’s degree in 2020. Deven was also a member of the TVCC Cardettes. She served as a Freshman representative her freshman year and Lieutenant her sophomore year, completing two years of being a Cardette Showgirl.
After graduating, Deven was a member of the Texas Woman’s University Pioneer Pride Dance Team her junior year and is currently serving as Nationals Captain her senior year.
